Returns & Exchanges

We value our customers and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hatchedbaby.ca.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@hatchedbaby.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be received back in our shop within 10 business days of the return approval date or they will not be accepted.

Sale items, gift cards, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you live locally, you may drop off your item(s) free of charge. We strongly encourage a trackable mail service when returning items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment.

Hatched reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
