Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you live locally, you may drop off your item(s) free of charge.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once an order is placed, we guarantee that it will be shipped out within 48 hours. This excludes any custom or pre-ordered product. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All shipments are shipped from our Qualicum location, shipping times to be determined based on the final destination.

Hatched is not liable for lost or stolen packages verified as delivered to the specified address of an order.
